Welcome to the Online Payment Program for the Shaker Heights Municipal Court. Certain citations can be paid online and there are no additional service fees for this convenience. All online transactions are processed on the next business day. All transactions are subject to final audit.

Online Payment of Waiver Ticket - NOT CAMERA TICKETS

You can pay your waiverable Traffic Ticket Online by clicking the “PAY WAIVER TICKET” link below. Your online payment is due before the court date written on the bottom of your ticket. WAIVER PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER YOUR COURT DATE. Please note that if Proof of Financial Responsibility was marked “NO” on your citation, The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles will mail you a request for proof of insurance. Failure to comply will result in the BMV suspending your driver’s license. DO NOT SEND PROOF OF INSURANCE TO THE COURT AFTER PAYMENT.

Online Payment of Waiver Ticket After a Warrant has been Issued

If a warrant had been issued for your waiverable Traffic Ticket, click the “PAY WAIVER TICKET” link below and you can pay your waiverable ticket as long as you PAY IN FULL the amount due. All fines, costs, and penalty fees are included in the total figure you see listed. Waiver tickets for which there is an open warrant will cost substantially more money as they include costs for issuing and processing the warrant. Please note that if Proof of Financial Responsibility was marked “NO” on your citation, The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles will mail you a request for proof of insurance. Online Payment of Parking Ticket

You can pay your waiverable Parking Ticket Online by clicking the “PAY PARKING TICKET” link below. NOTE: If parking fines are not paid within 60 days, cases will be sent to collections. Contact information for the collection agency may be found on the cost schedule.

Online Payment of Pay Plan

If you have been to court and the judge has authorized a pay plan for your debt to the court, click the “PAY PAYMENT PLAN” link below to make a payment online for any criminal or traffic case. You MUST pay at least the monthly amount that was set up in your pay plan by the court (Example: $100 per month). If you are behind in making payments, paying your minimum monthly payment will NOT keep your case from becoming delinquent.

Online Payment of Pay Plan After a Warrant has been Issued

If a warrant has been issued for getting behind on your Pay Plan, click the “PAY PAYMENT PLAN” link below to pay your case IN FULL. NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED AFTER A WARRANT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR MISSING PAYMENTS. All fines and costs are included in your total owed. Pay Plans for which there is an open warrant cost substantially more money as they include costs for issuing and processing the warrant.
